THE MEETINGS

The International Meetings of Art, promoted by Graziella Lonardi Buontempo , a singular figure of patron and collector, and curated by the critics Achille Bonito Oliva and Bruno Corà , witnessed the passage of all the most important protagonists of the artistic culture of the time, by artists established as Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys to young people destined to have a great future such as Luciano Fabro, Jannis Kounellis, Gino De Dominicis, Luigi Ontani or Enzo Cucchi.

The most important art critics participated in the evenings of the Incontri, chaired by Alberto Moravia , from Giulio Carlo Argan to Maurizio Calvesi , engaged in heated debates that remained in the history of Rome, an international center of cultural experimentation.
